How do I find my notice(s)?

To view your notice(s), perform the following steps.

  1. If you have not yet created an account, create one by clicking on Create New Account and follow the instruction on the screen. You must activate your account before you can login and view your notices.
  2. After you have completed the registration process, click on View Documents in the menu at the top of the page.
  3. On the next page you will see a list of any organizations with which you have registered any Authorization Codes. Select the organization that sent out the notice you wish to view.
  4. Select the year in which the notice was sent out.
  5. If the notice is a monthly notice, select the month you wish to view.
  6. You should now see a list of notice(s) that you have registered for, to view your notice click Preview. To download your notice to your computer click Download
