I am having trouble logging in

We are sorry that you are having difficulties accessing your account.

Here are the most common issues you may have when logging into your account.

1. You are entering the incorrect password.

     Passwords are case-sensitive, make sure the [Caps Lock] key on your keyboard is not on.

     If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on Forgot your password? on the login screen.

2. You have not activated your account yet.

     You must click on the link that was emailed to you during account creation. You will not be able to log in until you have activated your account by clicking the link.
